I presume you mean to Wine 9.3?  Winehq.org hasn't announced it yet, but  I
vaguely remember getting an announcement that it was available.  I'll try it
soon and close out the bug if all's well.

(I did try "rm -rf ~/.wine", and tried the Wine-provided msiexec from 9.2, but
no joy.)
