I try to debug this issue, and find some clues:
In dlls/winex11drv/clipboard. c:
builtin_formats [] ... {CF_UNICODETEXT, XATOM_COMPOUND_TEXT, X11DRV_CLIPBOARD_ImportCompoundText, X11DRV_CLIPBOARD_ExportString}, ...
Change X11DRV_CLIPBOARD_ImportCompoundText->X11DRV_CLIPBOARD_ImportUTF8
will solve the problem, but I don't know why?
