The test_EM_POSFROMCHAR() failure is the same as the one in riched32:editor so
I moved it to bug 54576.
The test_EM_SETCHARFORMAT() failure is going to require a separate fix too so I
moved it to bug 54579.

So all that remains in this bug is the test_EM_GETSELTEXT() failures and I
updated the summary accordingly.
