[Bug 30639] Audio stuttering and performance drops in Star Wolves 3

I think it's too early to revert the patch. We don't know how widespread this
problem is. I think a better option would be to add a registry setting (maybe a
winecfg toggle) to go back to the zero-order hold. But let's let it get some
testing during the next release before we decide how to tackle the problem.
