[Bug 4605] Wine ignore minimum window size

I cant start the App with current wine(todays cvs)

X Error of failed request:  BadAtom (invalid Atom parameter)
  Major opcode of failed request:  17 (X_GetAtomName)
  Atom id in failed request:  0x0
  Serial number of failed request:  76
  Current serial number in output stream:  76

I hope it is just my XServer,but other apps works fine.
I will test it with an older wine version later
