Thanks for your interest! I've attached the logs and moved the two files you
mentioned. I had to overwrite d3dx9_42.dll which was already in syswow64

But, something went very wrong in the "native dll" case:

00ce:err:module:import_dll Library d3dx9_42.dll (which is needed by
L"C:\Program Files (x86)\StarCraft II\Versions\Base63454\SC2_x64.exe") not
found

I'm not sure why this would happen, given that

% ls -l .wine/drive_c/windows/syswow64/d3dx9_42.dll
