I can confirm this. On my machine it's about 160 seconds, though. This is a bit annoying. Workaround works, too.
This bug happens with LoL 4.1 and 4.2 and following wine versions: -stock 1.7.12 -Playonlinux 1.7-LeagueofLegends -Playonlinux 1.5.24-LeagueofLegendsShop
