[Bug 24667] On ATI Radeon HD 5xxx (and probably 6xxx) all source-based games flicker and can't render some objects and NPCs

He meant that in the past, similar issues have occurred because of illegal
shaders but I don't think this was the case here(unless they are using a hack
to get it to work now).
