I'm using 8.14.1 "wine.x86_64 8.14-1.fc38"

I uninstalled wine-mono only and wine did not install it automatically. I tried
to 'wine Flowgorithm.exe' and yea it gave wine-mono not being installed
'0120:err:mscoree:CLRRuntimeInfo_GetRuntimeHost Wine Mono is not installed'.
