[Bug 29554] Mozart11 window size not adjustable

I deleted the .wine directory and started with a fresh install of Mozart 11
running from wine-git --and like magic the problem went away...

Clearly the bug was in my memory of how to troubleshoot, not in wine.  Sorry
for the false report.  Thanks for the gentle guidance.
