"Loki requires vcrun2005" is clear enough.

The originally reported problem was fixed.  All that'll happen here is that the
title is going to be changed every time one function is implemented, which
isn't useful at all.

"Implement msvcp80.dll" would be a more useful, succinct starter bug, which is
clearly the problem.

So long as winetricks provides vcrun2005 it's still not a major issue, of
