Adam implemented GdipCreateFontFamilyFromName and GdipDeleteFontFamily. I think
we're down to just GdipBitmapSetPixel (crashes on this) and GdipCloneImage now.

If your application depended on GdipCreateFontFamilyFromName, please retest
with Wine 1.1.1 using native gdiplus and file new bugs as needed.
