1- Wine win32 api implementation (SystemTimeToFileTime and RtlTimeFieldsToTime) validates something that M$ win32 api not

2- Maybe a wrong previously returned value from wine win32 to TS3.exe/Mono make the "later" crash
I mean... the same game, the same hardware, differents win32 implementations... one works the other sometimes...
I will try to debug wine...
