Please mention your videocard and drivers. Based on the log I guess he is using
some geforce6 card which should be good for this game.

The game could be using some GPU database for selecting certain 3d features.
This can explain why it works for Mirek (I think he is using a modern card as I
see lots of fancy 3d effects) and not for you.
