[Bug 49238] Oblivion: No sound/music

My latest check, today, was with wine-5.21.  While the menu was running, I
decided to check the settings once again.  I noticed some of the sliders,
including master audio, were all the way to the left.  I tried sliding it over,
and the menu music became audible.  I fixed the rest of the sliders and then
loaded my last save, and all the audio was back to normal.  I know I checked
the audio settings numerous times when the problem first occurred, but I hadn't
checked them regularly since then.  It seems the problem is resolved now, so
please feel free to close this issue.  Thank you.
