This can actually happen on all Windows versions, although it mostly happens on
w7u. For instance:

* 2022-11-22 on w11pro64-nv-64
* 2022-11-16 on w864-32
* 2022-11-10 on w1064v1507-64
* 2022-08-16 on w1064v1809-32
* 2022-08-10 on w10pro64-ja-64 (win21H1)
