Desable S3TC in Wine 1.1.13

This is an change from patch to 1.1.9 to patch 1.1.13.
The game now is running with correct BMP images.
I have applyed this patch for my wine-1.1.13 running in Archlinux, the metod
used to apply the patch is discribed in
http://forum.archlinux-br.org/viewtopic.php?pid=4844#p4844 (Brazilian
portuguese site).
You need to read all messages-posts to understand what to do.
