Great work! I apply two your patches on wine-1.16 and now i look cursor!
Animated! 
But i have some troubles... cursor paint as rectangle with grey background...
But background in windows is invisible...
I try make screenshot, but on screenshot cursor invisible.
Can you same ideas, how make screenshot or fix problem with grey background?
