I'm not sure I understand why version information was changed to "unspecified" since I specified version info for each problem file in my last comment. (4.0.3~eoan)
Did I miss (or misunderstand) something? If so, I apologize.
Version is not particularly relevant for packaging, so we don't track individual versions in the "Packaging" product.
