This product is "Abandonware." I can provide the installation files for you. As long as you don't distribute it to anyone beyond those working on the problem I can't see there being an issue.
Unfortunately, "Abandonware" isn't a legal term.
It well should be, but that would involve the bribable ones getting hit by a case of sanity, so I wouldn't be holding my breath.
