Yes, works for me too:
 * wine-1.7.48-74-gb3fe96a
 * GeForce GTX 970 v352.21

Unfortunately helicopter's blades are still missing (as mentioned in Comment
75). Right now, i'm still not able to go back to wine-1.3.18 to check, whether
it's same regression.
