[Bug 9422] Visio 2003 failing with the message "iopl not enabled"

As you notice it Anastasius, i put GDIPLUS.DLL to "native" in winecfg, and,
effectively, MS Visio2003 is launching without any errors....but crash after
10" (as you seems to notice it).

So "IOPL Not Enabled" doesn't pop up  anymore when i select native GDIPLUS.DLL.
but product is still unusable...(because of the crash just after)
