[Bug 31195] A dead link on the website

The correct link for the Running Wine page is
http://www.winehq.org/docs/wineusr-guide/running, and that works. It is also
the link "Next" leads to from
http://www.winehq.org/docs/wineusr-guide/installing-wine-source, which is the
correct URL for that chapter.

The difference is the ending /; if you add it, the page with the incorrect dead
link comes up. The problem is Google returning the incorrect URL.
