Here's a +crypt log from running 'makecat /cat winetest.cdf'. Contents of
this file can be found in dlls/wintrust/tests/crypt.c.

I used native wintrust + builtin mscat32 with one more function forwarded
to wintrust: CryptCATCDFEnumMembersByCDFTag.
