There's a lot going on here. I recommend using the pulseaudio driver if you are
using pulseaudio. Also I think it is no longer helpful to set
PULSE_LATENCY_MSEC, so I suggest removing that if it isn't actually helping
you. Finally, there is a known issue with USB devices with certain games. There
is a patch attached to bug 28282 that will hopefully help with this. This patch
is working its way into wine-staging, but you can try it now.
