[Bug 57557] Windows apps no longer run properly on Wine 9

No, no, the Synthesia 10.8 is not an installer, it's a zip file that I extract
and then run the Synthesia.exe in a terminal with wine, it just starts the
program, not any installation. It works but no sound.

In Synthesia 10.9, the respective Synthesia.exe it's an installer... Then it
pops up the error message that the program can be only installed on 64-bit
versions of Windows.

I tried to install Synthesia 10.9 with wine64, and it tells that wine64 was not
found.

I attach you the respective terminal outputs.
