[Bug 9771] Steam Friends doesn't work

Hello again, I noticed a steam update today and wanted everyone to know that it
didn't change anything with these issues we've been having with steam friends. 
I hope someone is working on this issue because its really becoming a bother to
me as I run a clan for Day of Defeat and have no way to communicate besides our
forums and in game.
