I didn't get %SystemDrive% in the installer. It sounds like your ~/.wine
directory may be messed up somehow. Can you move it aside, create a new .wine
directory with wineprefixcreate and try again?

mv ~/.wine ~/.wine_backup
wineprefixcreate
