[Bug 17479] ConvertXToDVD does not load templates

I can still see the issue testing with the same version from last time I did.

To reproduce the issue:
Click File -> Add video file and select an AVI from your computer
Click Settings -> DVD Menus
In the Default Template field click the ... to select another template
Go to the program installation folder and select any of the templates under
templates/ folder

As soon as the template is selected the error message appears.
