Whoever came up with the 27310 patch, you rock! (Rico?).

I can play this on my Mac now.  Awesome!

I'm building the latest right now (1.7.45) and just manually added the fix.  I
haven't used patch much.  If I used the patch file against 1.7.45, would it
still work even though the code in question is at a different line number?
