This might be a regression. 
NatSpeak installed well with today's git 
wine-1.3.28-193-g90e3bc5
but does not run. 
The relevant error seems to be 
fixme:wbemprox:wbem_locator_ConnectServer 0x135da0, L"ROOT\WMI", (null),
but I have attached the entire terminal output.
