It heavily depends on the WINEDEBUG options used, i get it nearly every time with +seh,+setuapi, but not with only one of them and I also don't see the heap corruption dan mentioned. Redirecting the output to a file seems to make it go away, even with tee. Mounting or not mounting drive Z: also doesn't seem to matter. Overall this looks more like a multi-threading/locking issuse then a structure having the wrong size. If somebody manages to predicatable reproduce this, it would be a huge help.
