[Bug 19058] foobar2000: the window is messed up

I can't reproduce this on either of my computers, with Wine 1.1.24 and the
version of foobar you specified. It starts up properly, and draws everything
just fine.

It must be caused some non-default setting in Wine or foobar, an old
WINEPREFIX, a native DLL, or some other quirk.

I highly doubt it's my patch, but whatever it is, the only one that can
regression test it properly is someone who is experiencing the problem, so
please run another regression test.
