steps to reproduce:
1. install unixodbc, create empty /etc/odbc.ini, /etc/odbcinst.ini;
2. run OdbcTE32.Exe (from MS odbctest);
3. press Ctrl+F (or "Full Connect" from menu);
4. it crash.

some notes:
 - unixodbc and builtin odbc32.dll work on same wine installation with other
windows application;
 - with installed MDAC and native odbc32.dll odbctest work.
