[Bug 53155] msys2 cannot be installed under wine

Yep, it is known, but the issue above is a little different.

I was able to setup MSYS2 and get the shell but the issue is about another
step.

It hangs on `pacman -Syyuu` from
https://gitforwindows.org/install-inside-msys2-proper.

So, the whole full system upgrade stopped to work.
