[Bug 13268] MsiExec Runtime Error during install

For some reason, after hanging (I Ctrl-C-ed it), the installer seems to stay in
memory! After filing this report, I tried running winetricks, and the KAV
installer suddenly appeared!

I went through the steps, and it seemed to install, but when pressing Finish, I
got some error message, and it went into some strange loop. Had to kill all
processes in "ps axu|grep wine" that I could see to make it go away.

In the end, it seems to have installed; it is in the Wine part of the Ubuntu
Gnome Menu, but I just get this crash dialog/activation dialog loop when trying
to start it.
