I fed Google search engine with 'CorelDRAW Graphics Suite X4 oldapps' and got a working download with the first hit.

Revisiting old bugs is good but try to be productive as possible.
There are multiple bugs in the installer hence it still crashes - even with overrides.
The first one being msxml related:

Since Dan decided to turn this one into mshtml bug (comment #14), yes the second one is also still present but more or less random due to multiple threads simultaneously loading pages, accessing freed memory.
