[Bug 21885] uTorrent: inactive toolbar buttons have non-transparent icons

btw, the "dark pink" is actually a faded version of #FF00FF, a gray-pink:
#CEC1C5

After uTorrent is started, when the toolbar buttons become active, they look
fine: they are transparent. But when they become inactive again, the faded pink
appears around the faded icon.

I'm using uTorrent 2.0 Stable.
