Let's get some more detail.  Can you give us an enhanced log?
To do this, do
 $ cd $HOME/".wine/drive_c/DonJohnston/WriteOutloud V3"
 $ WINEDEBUG=+relay,+seh wine "WriteOutloud v3.exe" > log.txt 2>&1

Then compress the long, long log:
 $ gzip log.txt

and attach log.txt.gz here.

Also, please only attach one file per log.
