--- Comment #7 from Brett Williams vor.lord@gmail.com 2007-10-02 11:19:49 --- I get choppy sound when using ALSA as well (it's even worse than OSS). Updating to 0.9.46 helped quite a bit (before that it was bad enough that the login sound caused enough delay for me to timeout while logging in).
I believe I've tried all kinds of different audio settings for wine, but without any noticeable differences between them.
