[Bug 9549] Mouse recentres several times a second for Mystery of the Mummy

Close, but no cigar. It's now working intermittently - that is, sometimes
behaving exactly as you might expect, and then stopping wherever your cursor
happens to be and doing the same centering on that point. It's as though some
actions trigger the 'if' function containing the code change and some don't.
Nothing as simple as the same code being used twice in the mouse.c file?
