[Bug 21245] file operations are very slow or hangs solidworks

1.2-rc1 shows some progresses !

Now it doesn't crashes anymore, but file operation are very, very slow : more
than one minute to save a file, all the application is freezed, 100% CPU and 20
lines like this one on the console :

fixme:storage:StorageInternalImpl_Commit (0x11020330,2): stub

But it succeeds, so now the application is useable !
