Problem remains in 1.1.10. I've got an error message box and no crash.
It claims that:

{2087c2f4-2cef-4953-a8ab-66779b670495}
WinHttpRequest Component version 5.1

isn't registered and couldn't be created. This trace comes only once after
loading.
