I can't reproduce this, resolving 'fixed' (takes a bit of time for app update on first startup).
$ sha1sum setupLDD-PC-4_3_8.exe 60e9a76068d127f825c16cca3fa584cc4f81f857 setupLDD-PC-4_3_8.exe
$ du -sh setupLDD-PC-4_3_8.exe 216M setupLDD-PC-4_3_8.exe
$ wine --version wine-1.7.23
