[Bug 16499] Adobe Photoshop CS4 crashes upon using text input tool

I have finally been solved my problem with the text in CS4. What I did was to
download 'atmlib.dll' from the net and throw it in '/windows/system32' and then
the text work.

So now my only problem that 'Save for web' does not work.

I have no 'NTFS' drive in or connected to my PC.
