[Bug 9655] Eve Online patch 36800 fails in charater creation section

Cool, that worked.

Deleted all and compiled the new .45 sources, reinstalled Eve, created several
new characters to the last step and one completely.  Also tried adding the old
cache and setting with no ill effects so I figure the new Wine build is the
remedy and this bug is closed?  :)
