I'm glad I could help :) A bit less glad that it's not playable, have you tried
a lower resolution?
Myself I still have problem with cropped screen in the "special
edition"-mode(but classic mode works fine). But if it works for you and we're
using the same graphics chipset I don't think Intel are to blame. Maybe I
should file a bug report...
