[Bug 12610] Ctrl and Alt do not work in Guild Wars

trace generated with WINEDEBUG=-d3d,-dxdiag,+key,+keyboard,+cursor,+tid

I applied the patch and did this:

1) clicked the LMB

2) click with ctrl pressed, then click with shift pressed, then click with alt
pressed.

3) Repeat 2 with right ctrl, right shift, altgr

It seems that the added trace is not printed when left alt is pressed
