Use openbox as the window manger

When restore the emule which minimized to the system tray, the window is above
all other windows, and the state of the window is _NET_WM_STATE_ABOVE while it
should be the original value or normal here.

This happened in 0.9.49 and 0.9.50.
It is OK in 0.9.48.
