Please guys see my comment #22 and #23 for the bug 23745 and check whether that KDE workaround works for you here. I expect it should.
Workaround #23 worked fine with WoW 3.3.5a / Wine 1.3.12 and kde 4.5.95-0ubuntu1~maverick~ppa1. I also had to force "size" to have kdetaskbar below window.
